Enrolment Information

How to Enrol:

You will need to complete an Enrolment Application Form. You can collect this form from the School Office or download from the button at the bottom of this page.

The Enrolment Application should be completed and returned to school with the following documents:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunisation Certificate

• Proof Of Address documents
  eg. Drivers Licence , Lease Agreement  and 2 utility bills - gas / electricity.

• Evidence Of Residency Status
  Only if child was born overseas (Passport And Visa Details)

• Visa and Passports
  Only if either parent was born overseas

 

Transition Program

Our Foundation (Prep) Transition Program aims to get children and parents familiar with our  school facilities, meet the Foundation teachers and experience fun, engaging learning activities that introduce them to the environment and structure of school. At Mooroopna North we offer a two part transition program.

Individualised Program

2023 Foundation students begin attending school within an individualised program one morning a week from Term 3. Please contact the school to organise your child's individualised transition.

TERM 4 – School Sessions

Friday  25th November–  9am - 11 am

Wednesday 30th November – 9am – 11:30am

School Session 3 – Thursday 8th December – 9am – 12pm

Tuesday 13th December – 9am – 12pm
